Use Evergrowth to get a list of verified new accounts & contacts for prospecting that match your ICP

Overview

With Evergrowth, you can quickly get a verified list of accounts and contacts without hours of manual effort. Simply use Account Data Explorer to build the initial list, then hand it over to Evergrowth's agents for qualification & research, and you're all set.


Before You Start

Make sure that (for admins):

  1. Ecosystems and Personas are defined in the Agent Training Center. [link to "Agent Training Center"]

  2. Workflow "Find new leads outside my existing CRM" is added from the templates. Learn more: [link to "initial setup of Evergrowth for "find new leads use case"]

  3. CRM is integrated with Evergrowth. Learn more: [link to CRM integration]

  4. (optional) The Do Not Touch (DNT) list is up to date. [Link to DNT article]


Step-by-Step Guide

Follow the steps below to find new accounts & contacts that are outside your CRM.

  1. Open the Account Data Explorer

    With Account Data Explorer, you can create an initial list of companies based on your preferences. However, this list is not yet qualified. It functions as a basic "database" rather than a verified list of companies that match your ideal customer profile. You will give this list to Evergrowth agents to qualify and research in the later steps.

  2. Create a new job for Account Data Explorer

    1. Click "New query"

    2. Add filters

    3. Click "Continue"

    4. You'll see how many accounts match your filters. If you're satisfied with the result, then click "Get data". Otherwise, click "Back" and adjust your filters.

  3. Wait for the Account Data Explorer job to complete.

    Note: you won't receive any notification/email about this (yet), so check the job in ~10-15 minutes.

  4. Download the list from Account Data Explorer

  5. Go to Accounts

  6. Upload the list and launch the workflow

    1. Click "Add new" >> "Upload CSV"

    2. Upload the file & add tags (optional) & select the "Find new leads outside my existing CRM" workflow.

      Note: the job will be created to execute the "Find new leads outside my existing CRM" workflow. You can see it in the Agent task feed.

  7. Wait for the workflow to finish.

    This workflow is doing all the hard work. Multiple agents work together to qualify and research the account, then search for contacts and find their emails and phone numbers.


    Note: you won't receive any notification/email about this (yet), so check the job status in Agent task feed in ~1 hour.

  8. Open the Agent tasks feed and find the job that you recently launched.

    1. Select the job that you launched:
      "Find new leads outside my existing CRM workflow"

    2. Click "Open in Contacts"

  9. Done! Now you will see the list of new contacts that were found.


    You can proceed in 3 ways:

    1. Work inside Evergrowth

    2. Open the list in CRM

    3. Export the list & import it into other tools (if the tool does not integrate with Evergrowth)


FAQ

  1. Why only 1 contact is found per account (company)?

    The "Find new leads outside my existing CRM" workflow has a "Contact finder" agent that by default looks for only 1 contact from the company.

  2. What to do if I want to find more contacts per account (company)?

    Ask your admin to change the workflow settings.
