Overview
What is Do Not Touch (DNT)?
Do Not Touch is a feature that lets you mark specific companies or contacts so that you and your team avoid engaging with them. It adds a clear visual indicator and allows you to filter these records, helping you stay compliant with internal rules and avoid mistakes. This is only a visual cue. It does not automatically exclude these records from workflows or agent actions (yet).
When should I use it?
When you want a visual reminder not to engage current customers, churned customers, or other sensitive accounts.
When you want to filter out the companies that shouldn’t be processed before launching workflows/agents.
When you want to upload a list of accounts/contacts that are, for some reason, not in the CRM but shouldn’t be processed by agents, it’s important for the contact finder to know what contacts you already have in order to avoid looking for the same prospects that you already have.
