Overview
What are Default Workflows?
Default workflows are workflows that Admins set as the default organization-wide.
The default workflows are pre-selected when a user adds a new account or uploads a list.
"Off-the-shelf" default workflows
Evergrowth has 2 system-built, non-editable default workflows that can be replaced by your own workflows. These workflows cannot be edited directly, but you can create your own custom workflows to replace them.
Evergrowth Account Default workflow
Here's what happens when the Evergrowth Account Default workflow is launched:
The workflow is automatically triggered when you create or upload an account.
The workflow runs two agents:
Account Qualification Agent:
Requalifies the account based on your latest ICP and vertical logic.
Account Research Agent:
Updates and enriches account data with the latest research.
Both agents overwrite existing account data if the account already exists. If the account is new, it will be qualified and enriched for the first time.
The workflow auto-selects verticals for the account.
All available research agents are triggered by default to gather the most up-to-date information.
Evergrowth Contact Default workflow
Here's what happens when the Evergrowth Contact Default workflow is launched:
The workflow is automatically triggered when you add or upload a contact.
The following agents run in sequence:
Account Qualification Agent: Requalifies the associated account.
Account Research Agent: Updates and enriches account data.
Contact Qualification Agent: Checks if the contact fits your persona cards.
Email and Phone Finder Agent: Enriches the contact with verified email and phone data.
Digital Twin Agent: Generates a digital twin profile for the contact, including LinkedIn insights and DISC personality profile.
Each agent overwrites any existing data for the contact and account as needed.
If the contact matches your persona criteria, then agent launches email/phone search & generates a Digital Twin.
The result is a fully qualified, enriched contact record ready for outreach and personalization.
Note: Admins can create their own workflows and set them as the default instead of the built-in workflows.
