What are Account Agents?

Account Agents automate research, qualification, contact search, enrichment, and account planning for accounts. They help you gather insights, score accounts, find relevant people, and generate plans without manual effort.

When should I use them?

  • To qualify accounts

  • To automatically research accounts for signals/specific datapoints

  • To generate account plans

  • To find contacts for a specific account

What does each agent do?

  • Qualification Agent: Checks if the account matches ICP criteria.

  • Research Agent: Gathers and enriches account data.

  • Account Plan Generation Agent: Creates a detailed plan for engagement.

  • Contact Finder Agent: Finds relevant contacts for outreach.


Step-by-Step Guides

Launch Account Agents via Workflow (Recommended)

  1. Select one or more accounts in the Account List.

  2. Click "Launch Workflow."

  3. Choose the workflow for your use case.

  4. The workflow will run multiple agents in sequence (qualification, research, planning, contact finder).

Launch Individual Account Agents

  1. Select an account(s)

  2. Click the specific agent you want to run (e.g., Qualification Agent, Research Agent, Account Plan Generation Agent, Contact Finder Agent).

  3. Wait for the agent to complete its task.

Should I use workflows or individual agents?

Workflows are recommended because they combine multiple agent actions for efficiency. Align with your admin on which workflows to use.
