Account Data Explorer is a tool in Evergrowth that gives you access to a large database of millions of companies from LinkedIn. It allows you to quickly build an initial list of companies by filtering on various attributes. This list serves as a starting point for further qualification, research, and contact search by Evergrowth’s AI agents. Think of it as your first step in building a high-quality prospecting list before deeper enrichment and qualification.

When should I use it?

  • When you want to build a new list of potential accounts to target, especially outside your existing CRM.

  • When you want to quickly test new market segments or verticals.

Before You Start

  • Understand that the tool is for building an initial pool of companies, not for direct ICP qualification (that comes later with agents).

  • Be aware that jobs (data queries) take some time to process and you will not receive a notification when they are complete.

  • Maximum export per job is 5,000 records. For larger lists, you will need to split your queries.

Step-by-Step Guides

Building an Initial List of Companies for Prospecting

For best results, always use Account Data Explorer to generate a broad, well-filtered pool of companies, then rely on Evergrowth’s agents to qualify and enrich your list for high-impact outreach.

Use this process to create a starting list of companies for your outreach or research workflows.

  1. Open Account Data Explorer in Evergrowth. Go to Accounts >> Click "Account data explorer"

  2. Review the main screen to see your job history, including jobs in queue, in progress, or completed.

  3. To start a new search, click "New Query" in the top right corner.

  4. Add filters. Recommended filters:

    • Country (select from dropdown)

    • Keywords (type each keyword and press Enter; repeat for each keyword)

    • Employee count (set "greater than" and/or "lower than" values, e.g., more than 50, less than 500)

    • Funding status (e.g., set "funding total rounds count greater than 0" to find funded companies)

      1. For example: If you want to target tech companies in Germany with 50 to 500 employees and at least one funding round, set filters for country (Germany), keywords (e.g., "technology"), employee count (greater than 50, lower than 500), and funding total rounds count (greater than 0).

  5. Once you have set your filters, click "Continue."

  6. Review the number of companies that match your filters and the number of credits required. Click “Get data” to start the data job.

    1. Note: If the number of records exceeds 5,000, adjust your filters (e.g., split by country or employee count) to reduce the list size.

      1. For example: To split a large list, you might export companies from France and Germany separately, or use different employee count brackets (e.g., 50-200, 201-500).

  7. Wait for the job to process (note: no notification will be sent, it won’t show up in the agent task feed). Check it in about 30 minutes in Account Data Explorer.

  8. Once the job is complete, download the CSV file.

  9. Recommended next step: Go to the Accounts page in Evergrowth and upload your CSV.

  10. Recommended next step: Launch your desired workflow (e.g., qualification, research, contact finding) using the uploaded list.

Clone previous jobs instead of starting from scratch

If you want to reuse or modify a previous search:

  1. On the Account Data Explorer main screen, find the job you want to reuse.

  2. Click the copy button to clone the query.

  3. Adjust filters as needed and proceed as with a new query.
