Step-by-Step Guide
Update the Value Proposition in the Agent Training Center
Use this process when you need to add, edit, or update your company’s value proposition so that all AI agents and personas reflect the latest messaging.
Navigate to the Agent Training Center >> Value Proposition section.
Add new value proposition points or edit existing ones as needed. For example, include new use cases, product features, or updated benefits. If you have launched a new product or changed your offering, make sure to include those details.
Describe Your Product or Service Offering
Write a clear, one-sentence description of what your company offers.
Keep it simple — avoid jargon so the agents can interpret it easily.
Example: “An AI-powered platform that automates deep account research for B2B sales teams.”
List Key Features
Break down the main features of your product or service.
Connect each feature to a customer pain point it solves.
Tip: Internal product docs and marketing one-pagers are great sources.
Examples:
“Automated account briefs (saves hours of manual research).”
“AI-assisted email drafting (improves personalization at scale).”
Highlight Customer Benefits
Explain the outcomes and advantages customers gain by using your solution.
Differentiate yourself from competitors where relevant.
Tip: Start sentences with verbs like save, reduce, improve, accelerate.
Examples:
“Save reps 10+ hours per week on account research.”
“Ensure consistent messaging across all accounts.”
“Shorten ramp-up time for new reps by 30%.”
Add Customer Stories
Add as many proof points as possible — the more stories, the richer the context for agents.
Include customer names (if allowed), use cases, and measurable impact.
Tip: Repurpose website case studies, sales decks, or customer success slides.
Examples:
“Acme Corp used our platform to cut rep onboarding time by 30%.”
“Beta Inc. scaled personalized outreach to 2,000 accounts with the same team size.”
Add Custom Sub-Sections (Optional)
If your company messaging doesn’t fit neatly into these four categories, you can add more sub-sections.
This gives you flexibility to include extra context that matters for your go-to-market approach.
Examples of useful custom sub-sections:
Competitive Differentiators: Call out what makes you stand out from alternatives.
