Overview

What is Account Planning?

Account Planning in Evergrowth is a feature designed for salespeople working with strategic accounts. It provides a quick, comprehensive overview of a target company, including business goals, challenges, contextualized buying signals, and tailored insights.

The account plan is generated using automated research agents and customizable templates, helping you understand how your value proposition aligns with the prospect’s needs and what specific outcomes you can deliver.

The Account Plan includes:

  • Account overview (brief summary, key facts like employee count, products).

  • Business goals and challenges (based on research).

  • Signals (relevant company events and how to use them in outreach).

  • Point of view (your perspective on their challenges, cost of inaction, and why now).

  • Why use your solution (proven results, alignment, relevant solutions, expected outcomes).

When should I use it?

  • When preparing for meetings with strategic or high-value accounts.

  • To quickly understand a prospect’s business context, goals, and challenges.

Before You Start

  • If you want new signals or research data to appear in account plans, confirm that the relevant research agents are active and referenced in the template. Only admins can edit or customize account planning templates.

  • Account plans can be generated manually or as part of an automated workflow (if enabled by an admin).
