What is Data Export?

Exporting accounts and contacts in Evergrowth lets you download selected companies and contacts data from your workspace into a CSV file.


Before You Start

  • Apply any filters to narrow down your list before exporting

  • Decide if you want to export only accounts, only contacts, or both


Step-by-Step Guides

Export Accounts or Contacts from Account/Contact List

Use this method to export selected companies or contacts directly from your main workspace.

  1. Go to the Accounts or Contacts list in Evergrowth.

  2. Use filters to narrow down the list to the accounts or contacts you want to export.

  3. Select the specific companies or contacts you want to export.

  4. Click the Export button.

  5. Give your export a name. This helps you identify it later in the exports list.

  6. Choose whether to export only accounts, or both accounts and their related contacts.

  7. Select the fields you want to include in your export for both accounts and contacts.

  8. Click Start to begin the export job.

    1. The export job will be created. It will not show up in the agent task feed, but will appear under the Exports tab in the agent task feed area.

  9. Go to the Exports tab to view your export status.

    1. Once the export is ready, download the file from the Exports tab.

Export Accounts or Contacts from a specific job (workflow)

Use this method if you want to export a list of companies or contacts from a specific agent task or workload.

  1. Go to the Agent Task Feed in Evergrowth.

  2. Find the task that contains the list you want to export.

  3. Open the task. The relevant accounts or contacts will be pre-filtered for you.

  4. Select accounts/contacts in all pages.

  5. Click the Export button

  6. Follow steps 5-9 from above to complete your export.

Access Data Exports

Download exported lists of accounts or contacts.

  1. Go to the "Exports" tab within the Agent Tasks Feed.

  2. Use filters to find exports by status (Failed, Completed), type (Accounts, Contacts), creator, or date.

  3. Find the export you need and click the download button to get the CSV file.

Note: Exports are managed separately from tasks and are only accessible in the Exports tab.


FAQ

How do I export a list of accounts or contacts from Evergrowth?

You can export accounts or contacts by selecting them in the Account or Contact space, or from a specific agent task, then clicking the Export button. Choose your export options, select fields, and download the CSV from the Exports tab.

Can I export both accounts and their related contacts at the same time?

Yes. When setting up your export, you can choose to export only accounts, or both accounts and their related contacts in one file.

Where do I find exports?

Completed exports are found in the Exports tab inside the Agent Task Feed.

Can I export data from a specific agent task or workflow?

Yes. Open the relevant agent task in the Agent Task Feed, and export the filtered list directly from there.


Additional Notes & Tips

  • Always name your export clearly so you can find it later in the Exports tab.

  • Use filters before exporting to avoid downloading unnecessary data.

  • The export job does not appear in the main agent task feed, but only in the Exports tab.

  • You can filter exports by status, type, creator, or last edited date to quickly find what you need.
