What are Qualification Criteria?

Qualification criteria define what companies are your ideal fit.

You provide the qualification criteria to the agent, who evaluates companies against them to determine whether they are a fit.

  • If all qualification agents meet the criteria, the company is marked as ICP = Yes.

  • If any agent does not meet the criteria, the company is marked as ICP = No.

  • If an agent cannot find enough information to decide, the company is marked as ICP = Inconclusive.

Before You Start

  • You need Admin permission.

How to change qualification criteria

  1. Go to Agent Training Center >> Ecosystems

  2. Open the ecosystem that you want to edit

  3. Click "Edit" next to the specific Qualification Agent

  4. Scroll down to the "Select Verticals" section

  5. Change the criteria as needed
