Saved Views let you store a filtered list of Accounts or Contacts, so you can return to it later without rebuilding your filters from scratch.
On the surface, Saved Views save time by letting you instantly revisit the same subset of prospects.
When used well, they can be a way to achieve perfect efficiency when working with and organising the outputs from your Evergrowth Agents.

📖 Filtering your Evergrowth Records - This article covers how to apply Basic and Advanced filters to your records, a key component of a useful Saved View
Building Saved Views ⚙️
Creating a Saved View
Step 1) Go to your Accounts or Contacts repository
Step 2) Using either Basic or Advanced, configure the filter criteria for your set of records
Step 3) When finished configuring the criteria (and clicking Apply for Advanced Filters), click Save View
Step 4) Name your view, then click Create
Sharing a Saved View
By default, new Saved Views are set to Private, meaning only the cretor can see them.
If you have created a Saved View which is useful to all of your colleagues, you can easily make it accessible to them by changing that setting from Private to Public
Step 1) Click the
pencil icon to edit your Saved View
Step 2) Toggle Private off (this changes the view to Public)
Step 3) Click Update
Be mindful of which views you set to Public.
If a view is only useful to you, keep it Private.
Updating a Saved View
Once you’ve created a Saved View, you can’t edit its filter criteria.
Instead, simply copy the view, make changes, and save it as a new version:
Step 1) Load up the filter you wish to 'update'
Step 2) Make updates to the existing criteria as needed
Step 3) Click Save View
Step 4) Apply a name to your view
Suggestion: Use [Previous View Name] + [v2]
Optional Step 5) Once you’ve saved the new version, you can delete the old one using the same
edit option:
Permissions
Admin Users can update any Saved View that they can see
Non-Admin Users can only edit Saved Views that they have created
Accessing a Saved View
Once you've created a Saved View, you can reload them at any point by opening the Saved Views dropdown list and selecting your desired set of records:
Setting a Default View
If you want a Saved View to load automatically when you open Accounts or Contacts, set it as your default.
Just load up the Saved View, then click Save as default:

Below are a few of our favourite 'Pro Tips' for using Saved Views like a GTM Expert
Naming Conventions
The convenience of Saved Views becomes much less significant if you can’t tell what a view is for.
E.g. The below Saved View names may have made sense at one time, but if you forget (or if you share them with a colleague), you may have to click through multiple views, reading the filters to figure out what they do!
As best practice, there are 2 methods for naming we recommend:
Option 1) If the criteria are obvious the most key part, include a brief summary of these in the name:
Option 2) If this Saved View is created as a specific "to-do" or "action" list, name the list after that action
Naming for quick access
Evergrowth orders Saved Views alphabetically.
For your personal Saved Views (i.e. those that are set to Private), using numbers at the start of the name will ensure they appear at the top of your Saved Views list:
Doing this for your favourite views ensures they'll be easy to access quickly without lots of scrolling or searching
Creating Saved Views as to 'To-Do lists'
When you use filters intentionally, Saved Views can double as to-do lists
For example, to launch workflows for newly matching Accounts or to review fresh records.
We share more best-practice examples in ⚡️ Best Practice Saved Views
The beauty of this use case really come into play when - based on your activity - the lists begin clearing down.
This means you can leverage these lists to truly organise and prioritise your workflow, using them to pass records to your Evergrowth Agents, or to review the new records that have been processed for you.
"To be Recycled" Example
The below filter shows a list where Accounts have been flagged as "Dormant" by a CRM. In such case, it's time to decide whether they should be revisited

For the rep who owns these Accounts, this view gives him a set oversight on potential for re-targeting.
If he feels like they were a good fit (maybe it wasn't the right time when he first approached them, or he lost to a competitor), he can select all the Accounts in this view and launch a new workflow - Evergrowth Agents will re-qualify, refresh the research, find him new buyers and draft fresh outreach for him with only a few clicks!
"New Contacts" / "Key Account Expansion" Example
The below filter shows a list containing recently-created Contacts with a specific owner that - according to the CRM status - have not yet been contacted:

For the rep who owns these contacts, this Saved View is essentially a "weekly targets list"
He can use this to instantly access and prioritise the people he should be contacting.
Then, once he's made his outreach, the CRM Stage will update, removing them from his "to do" list!
