What are Scheduled Tasks?
Scheduled Tasks in Evergrowth let you automate the launch of workflows at set intervals (daily, weekly, monthly) for selected accounts or contacts.
This is especially useful for ongoing monitoring, such as tracking buying signals, job postings, or other time-sensitive events, so you do not have to manually re-run workflows.
When should I use it?
When you want to monitor key accounts for new signals or changes on a regular basis.
If you need to automate repetitive research or enrichment tasks for a specific list of accounts/contacts.
Before You Start
Make sure you know what workflow you want to schedule.
Filter the list of accounts or contacts to apply the scheduled workflow.
Anyone can schedule/launch workflows. Only Admins can create workflows. More on that: [TBC - link to workflows for admins]

Step-by-Step Guides
Scheduling a Workflow for Accounts or Contacts
Automate research for a list of accounts or contacts at regular intervals.
Go to the "Accounts" or "Contacts" page in Evergrowth.
Select the specific list of accounts or contacts you want to monitor or update.
Click "Launch Workflow”.
Next to the workflow name, click the blue "Schedule" button.
Choose the frequency (daily, weekly, or monthly) & the specific time for the workflow to run.
Click "Create".
Viewing and Managing Your Scheduled Tasks
Check the status or make changes to your scheduled workflows.
Go to "Automations" in the main menu.
Click on "Scheduled Tasks."
Here, you will see all scheduled workflows.
You can delete a scheduled workflow or adjust its frequency and end date.
If needed, you can also change the workflow assigned to a scheduled task.
