3. LinkedIn Insights Tab
LinkedIn Insights in Evergrowth are AI-generated summaries and actionable highlights about your target contacts, based on their public LinkedIn profiles. These insights help salespeople quickly understand a prospect’s background, career path, and unique traits, so you can personalize your outreach and have more relevant conversations.
The overall structure follows a layered profile analysis framework:
Unique Profile Insights → Standout characteristics for personalization.
Current Position Insights → Present-day role, scope, and achievements.
Position History Insights → Career trajectory and accumulated expertise.
Last Recommendations Insights → Third-party validation (if available).
About (Summary) → Personal narrative, values, and motivations.
If the LinkedIn profile has no info or very little, the agent is smart enough to output:
“The description of the …. are too generic to share any meaningful insights” - basically means what it says. There’s not enough useful context to draw meaningful insights. Saves you time instead of you reading a profile that is weak.
“N/A” - not applicable - means that there is no information at all.
