Updated over a month ago

With our Pipedrive integration, you enable a 2-way sync between Evergrowth and your CRM.

This allows for the Research, Signals and Contact details obtained by your Agents in Evergrowth can enrich the data visible to your Customer-Facing teams in your CRM.

Pre-Requisite Steps

Before connecting your accounts, you'll need to create the below fields in your Pipedrive account to serve as the unique identifiers for records sync'd between Evergrowth and your CRM:

Organization (Account) Field:

Field Name: EG-ACC-ID

Field type: Text

Person (Contact) Field:

Field Name: EG-CON-ID

Field type: Text

Part 1 - Setting up your Evergrowth Connection

Step 1) In Evergrowth, head to Settings ➑️ Integrations

Step 2) In the Pipedrive tab, click Next to set up the integration

Step 3) Map the fields for your Pipedrive Users, Accounts & Contacts

The below doc lists the fields we typically map between Evergrowth and Pipedrive - for those you wish to connect, ensure they are created in your Pipedrive data model using the provided data types.

Part 2 - Backfill Sync

Now your Integration is fully configured, it's time to get both your CRM and Evergrowth data sets in sync.

Not only is this good practice for moving forward with many of the of the GTM processes you can configure in Evergrowth, it is necessary to ensure duplicate records are not created by the integration sync!

To request the backfill sync please notify your Evergrowth contact (or reach out to our customer team here) to let us know that you're ready for the backfill and one of our database admins will initiate this for you

NB. Depending on the size of your CRM repository, this task may take us a few hours to complete
