Meet Eva - the AI GTM Leader

What Eva is, what she can see, what she can do for you, and how to get good answers out of her

Most AI assistants start every conversation from nothing. They do not know your ICP, which accounts are in play, or why a deal is a fit. So they give confident, generic answers and you do the real work by hand.

Eva runs on the same intelligence your whole team runs on. She reads your verticals, personas, qualification logic and live account data, then does the work: researching, qualifying, sourcing, drafting, configuring and launching.

An intro to Eva in one minute

Evergrowth runs on 12 types of specialist agents. Eva is the one you talk to.

  • She orchestrates. Tell her the outcome you want and she works out which agents are needed, sets them up and launches them.

  • She explains. Every qualification decision, research result and task run is hers to read back to you in a sentence.

  • She configures. Agents, verticals, personas, workflows, saved views, widgets and schedules.

  • She acts as you. Your permissions, your name in the audit log, your credits.

  • She is everywhere you work. In-app, on every account, in Slack/Teams, on your phone.

She runs on frontier large language models, chosen and tuned per task. Her knowledge of how to run a go-to-market motion in Evergrowth is updated by our team every time the platform changes.

Start your day in the feed

Eva writes every rep a daily feed, so you never open Evergrowth wondering where to start.

Meetings lead the day, then qualified accounts, open deals, and lists that are ready to work. Each card names the actual records it is about and can launch the agents on them.

  • 23 card types, covering meeting prep, stale research, unclaimed contacts, new signals, accounts with no contacts, plays that need writing or refreshing, and pipeline warnings.

  • Buttons open only the records that card named. No filtering your way back to what she just told you.

  • Mark a card done, or undo it. The feed is a queue, not a notification.

  • Cards hand off into chat. Paste a card into Eva and carry on from there.

💡 If you are new and do not know what to type, you do not have to type anything. Open a card.

"Strategise with Eva"

💡 This is the most-used thing Eva does, and the fastest way to see why she is different

Open any account or contact and choose Strategise with Eva

She reads the CRM history, previous outreach, the contacts you have and the signals research has surfaced, then plans how to approach the account.

It's super useful for those accounts that went quiet a year ago and nobody remembers why.

Where else to find Eva

  • The Eva panel sits on the right of every view, with the context of wherever you are.

  • Slack and Teams. Tag her like a person. In a shared channel, everyone sees what she pulls, so one person's question becomes the team's answer.

  • Your phone, DM her a Slack or Teams message (Good for grabbing a phone number between meetings)

  • Screenshots. Paste an image into any of these and she works from it. Images only for now, not other file types.

💡 The suggested prompts are load-bearing. New users get further faster by clicking a starter prompt than by composing a question from scratch.

What Eva can see

Your whole workspace, plus the open web when your workspace does not have the answer.

Inside Evergrowth:

  • Your value proposition, industry jargon, ecosystems, verticals and key accounts

  • Every qualification and research agent, including instructions, effort settings and vertical assignments

  • Persona cards and their priorities, plays and play agent instructions

  • Workflows, schedules, saved views and dashboard widgets

  • Accounts and contacts, with ICP and IBP status, scores, research results, tags and owners

  • The reasoning behind every qualification decision, and the audit log of what changed on a record

  • CRM fields mapped through HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Dynamics 365 or Attio

Outside Evergrowth, she runs live web research. If an account record has no employee count, she will go and find one, tell you she went looking, and often surface a buying signal while she is there. She will also flag when a stored value disagrees with what she finds, which is how stale head office addresses get caught.

💡 She treats your workspace as the source of truth and the web as the fallback, and she tells you which is which.

What Eva cannot see

  • Unsynced human context. The warm relationship that lives only in a rep's head, or in a system Evergrowth is not connected to.

  • Who applied a tag. Tags are plain labels with no author. She can tell you who changed a record or created a play, but not who tagged it.

  • Your previous conversations. Each chat starts from the current state of the workspace, not from what you told her last week.

💡 Start a fresh chat for a new job. Long threads get slow, and anything worth keeping should be saved as configuration, a view or a workflow rather than left in a conversation.

How Eva acts on your behalf

She uses your permissions, signs her work with your name, and tells you what things cost before spending.

  • Your permissions, never elevated. If you cannot edit qualification criteria in the interface, Eva cannot do it for you either.

  • Logged as you. Every action appears in the normal audit trail and task feed, attributed to you.

  • Costed up front. Before a run she quotes an estimate, for example a worst case for waterfall enrichment across 20 contacts, and reports actual consumption afterwards. Where it applies, you are only charged on success.

  • Capped if you want. Evergrowth supports weekly or monthly credit caps at user or team level.

💡 Pro Tip: For anything bulk or destructive, end your message with "before applying, list the changes for confirmation"

She will show you the plan first for you to double check
This is the most useful habit to teach a new admin.

What to ask Eva

Find companies you do not have yet

Your ICP is a search brief, not just a filter.

  • "Find 10 asset management firms in France."

  • "Give me the most similar companies to [account]."

  • "Source a net new pharma company going through phase three trials."

  • "Help me find new accounts worth targeting, based on my current best-fit ones."

She previews the count before committing, so you see what you are about to pull. Sourcing draws on lookups, and she tells you when you have run out.

Understand why something happened

You do not have to read every agent output yourself.

  • "Why was this account marked ICP No?"

  • "These ten accounts were disqualified this week. Was it the same agent every time?"

  • "This contact was found but not qualified. Which persona did it fail?"

For example, a batch of banks can come back ICP No having matched financial services and banking perfectly, failed only by a single client verification agent that could not evidence high volume document exchange. That is a very different answer from "the qualification is wrong", and it points straight at the fix.

Override an ICP decision when you have a reason to

ICP status is the agents' verdict, not the final word.

If you have permission, you can open the account, set the qualification manually and lock the status so a later automated run does not flip it back. The change is recorded with who made it and when.

Use it when you know something the agents cannot: a warm introduction, an existing relationship, a strategically important logo somebody has told you to work regardless.

💡 Do not make it a habit. An ICP No is Evergrowth telling you this one will be hard work, and that is usually worth knowing before you spend three months finding out. If a whole category is coming back No, fix the agent rather than overriding one account at a time.

Find out what happened in a run

Different question, different answer.

  • "Analyse this Find contacts task run for me."

  • "Why is the phone field showing as not searched after I ran the workflow?"

She can also cancel a task that is still running.

Get things done

  • "Refresh all the research on this account."

  • "Select 20 accounts that have not had an ICP check and run qualification on them."

  • "Build me a view of accounts with a plan drafted this week and at least one qualified contact."

  • "Do we have a phone number for this person?"

Troubleshoot

Reps use Eva as first-line support, and she is good at it.

  • "My CRM has stopped sending emails. What should I check?"

  • "We migrated our HubSpot to EU and the integration stopped working."

  • "What does Has open opportunity mean in HubSpot logic?"

A real example worth knowing about. A user reported seeing four contacts in Evergrowth but only two in their CRM. Eva traced it to two C-suite contacts sitting at IBP No because no persona covered C-level, so they never passed the outbound sync filter. She re-ran qualification to rule out a timing issue, proposed a C-suite persona, assigned it across all eight verticals and re-qualified. One question, root cause found and fixed.

A weekly rhythm

  • On login - "What is ready to pitch today and who is prepped?"

  • Monday - "Show me this week's new contacts and draft the connects."

  • Monthly - "Which of my accounts are worth researching this month?"

  • Before a review - "Summarise appetite across my book."

⚡️ For admins

Diagnose qualification that is too strict or too loose

Give her the symptoms, not the suspect.

The accounts below were disqualified recently. Assess whether the qualification was overly harsh or whether they genuinely are not a fit, and suggest how to tailor the criteria or the instructions of the specific agents responsible.

Often the answer is an agent assigned to the wrong vertical. An agent written for one part of a sector will systematically fail companies in another part of the same ecosystem, and that stays invisible until someone looks across a batch.

Audit your agents for credit burn

The clearest recurring win in the platform. Run it quarterly.

Run a full efficiency and consolidation pass over my account research agents. Tell me which are redundant, which return Not found most often, and which could be combined.

Consolidation cuts cost directly. Four agents answering four related questions off the same sources can often become one agent that outputs four fields, which reduces the per-account credit burn every time the workflow runs.

Build and maintain your setup

She can create, amend, retire and reassign agents, and she knows current best practice because her skills update when the platform does.

  • "Create a research agent that looks for multi-party document exchange infrastructure, and assign it to the banking vertical only."

  • "Create a cybersecurity vertical in this ecosystem, making sure it does not overlap the existing ones."

  • "Set the two finance personas to Exclude across all eight verticals. Do not change any other persona."

  • "Unassign the client verification agent from banking and rerun qualification for these accounts."

Workflows, views, widgets and schedules

  • Workflows. Map the requirements yourself, build the first step, and let her construct the branches. She can also duplicate, audit and clean up what you already have, including telling you how old each one is.

  • Saved views. Describe what you want to see. If the field you are describing does not exist, she says so rather than mapping it onto a near-enough field.

  • Widgets. She builds, updates and shares dashboard widgets. "I need a widget for qualified accounts with no plays created."

  • Schedules. "Set my workflow to run every week." and "What workflows do I have running on a schedule?"

Workspace admin

Adding users to teams, creating teams, merging duplicate accounts, bulk tagging, and switching between workspaces if you work across tenants.

If Eva says she cannot do something

Check the role before you file it as a gap.

Permissions are the usual cause. A user told us Eva could not create account plan definitions. The tools existed, but the stock Sales Rep role template has account plan access set to read only. Eva was correctly refusing, not failing.

If it genuinely is a missing capability, tell us. That is normally a missing tool rather than a limit of the approach, and it is quick to add.

Adding Eva to Slack or Microsoft Teams

You need to be an administrator of your Slack workspace or Teams tenant. If you are not, your IT manager usually is.

Step 1) In Evergrowth, go to Settings and open Integrations

Step 2) Find Eva for Slack or Eva for Microsoft Teams and click to add her

Step 3) Approve the permissions request in Slack or Teams

Step 4) Invite Eva into the channels where you want her available

Step 5) Tag her like any colleague and ask your first question

Once installed, anyone in your Evergrowth workspace can use Eva from Slack or Teams, and she still acts with that person's own Evergrowth permissions.

⚡️ Prompting Eva well

Most poor answers come from one of these six things.

  • Tell her to draft, not to ask. Her most common wobble is pausing for a clarifying question when she has enough to propose. Say "propose a complete draft first, then wait for my sign-off before creating anything."

  • If she offers options and nothing happens, restate as an imperative. "Create all five templates now" beats picking an option.

  • Say what state your workspace is in. "I have 400 accounts, none qualified" saves a round trip.

  • Ask her to mirror something that already works. "Mirror the Retail vertical exactly" is faster and safer than describing it from scratch.

  • Scope explicitly and name things exactly. Say which ecosystem you mean. Agents with the same name often exist in more than one place, and persona cards are identified by expertise rather than by a name.

  • Paste raw material. Transcripts, lists of names, LinkedIn URLs, screenshots. One user pasted 127 named people and Eva reconciled 126 of them in a single query, naming the one she could not match.

💡 Ask in whatever language you think in. English, French, German, Spanish and Dutch are all in daily use.

Why Eva is still labelled "beta"

Tool coverage.

Eva is in daily production use across our customer base and our own team. She's also trained using skills we've been relentlessly building & refining since 2025

However, because she acts on the platform rather than just talking about it, she needs a tool for every action. Occasionally someone finds a gap, where she knows what to do but lacks the specific tool to perform the action, so we raise a ticket to add it. The label stays until there are none left.

💡 If a turn looks like it failed, check before assuming. A dropped connection in the browser does not stop her work server side. Reconnect or retry in the same thread and it is usually there.
