How do ecosystems and verticals work in the Agent Training Center?
Ecosystems are broad industry groups (e.g., banking, manufacturing). Each ecosystem contains verticals (e.g., fintech, life insurance, heavy machinery). Each vertical can have its own qualification agents and personas.
