Advanced Filters
Part 1 - Advanced Filtering Mode
Within your Accounts and Contacts repositories, you can open filters and switch to "Advanced" mode.
Here, you're able to:
Filter using And/Or logic
Use multiple operators for field types like "greater than", "exists/does not exist"
Filter by additional fields, including any data point AND research values!
Part 2 - Saved Views
Once you've configured an Advanced Filter, you can click Save View to add this filtered set to your Saved Views dropdown.
This means you can instantly load up this filter any time you return to Evergrowth:
Part 3 - Select top "x" number of records
We've added a new option to the bulk selection option from your Accounts & Contacts views.
As well as the Select This Page (selecting the up to 15 records currently displayed) and Select All (selecting all records displayed once your filters are applied), you can now select a specific number of records
This is great for iterative tasks where you need to work with specific numbers of records
For example, a weekly Recycling workflow where you want to re-qualify 200 accounts per week to top up your TOFU!
Contact & Digital Twin Updates
Update 1: Languages & Region are now extracted from LinkedIn Profiles as data points in your Contact Records
Update 2: Digital Twins now have access to everything that can be pulled from LinkedIn, meaning more details about contact's posts, job history etc. can be referenced when considering the strategy & discussion topics
This includes the Language and Region fields from Update 1 - we recommend considering how these could be used in Plays and Digital Twin discussions, considering regional nuances in pain points, or even picking the language for your outreach drafts!
CRM Updates
Evergrowth Tags now be sync'd to your CRM just like they were a multi-select field! Meaning your tags being applied in either system can flow into the other allowing easier categorisation and filtering of data sets you're working on!
Plays can be sync'd directly to Leads in Zoho/Salesforce - i.e. Plays are no longer just contact-level!
Email Search Completeness Expansion
When searching for emails, the Email & Phone Finder Agent will grab all the emails it finds from our the first successful Data vendor source - not just the first email that's presented!
This means you'll get more emails per Agent launch. Hopefully reducing the need to re-perform your enrichment and increase the changes of a Safe to Send email for your outreach
Email Sorter Agent Upgrade
While reviewing multiple potential email addresses for a contact, our agents will now prioritise those based on previously successful ("Safe to Send") matches, and also based on whether it's a match with the Account's domain.
Email Guesser Agent upgrade
Our Email Guesser just got smarter.
Previously this worked how you might - cycling through the standard variations of names/initials with "@company.com"
Now, it can learn from other contacts!
If an Account already has a contact with a Safe to Send email, your Email Guesser will be able to use this to more reliably predict new contacts' email addresses!
As a safety feature, by default now, this agent will only mark its predictions as "Accept all" (seen above) so you can decide how much to trust these guesses!
2FA
To add an additional level of security, 2FA can be added so your Evergrowth system requires authenticator access codes for user logins:

Advanced level Evergrowth Chrome Extension
After many requests, we're finally sharing our own Sales team's advanced Chrome Extension!
With this extension any application page, including your CRM, your sequencing, or your dialling apps can run an embedded Evergrowth viewer.
This new Chrome Extension will automatically scan the page you're viewing so it can find and display the contact in Evergrowth.
So now your reps can instantly access Evergrowth Research and Plays without jumping between tabs and searching around!
💡 This is perfect for teams who dial en masse and want Evergrowth insights and Call Talk tracks to be instantly loaded and ready to use when prospects pick up (or if you just need to leave a well structured, compelling voicemail)

New Best Practice Play Agent Templates
Based on our update last month, we've been on the lookout for expertly drafted Plays that we want to make available.
When opening the Expert Templates play library, you'll find newly added/updated plays which you can instantly add to your GTM Playbook & Workflows!
New Parent-Child Account Setting
A new setting allows you to capture the relationship between umbrella/subsidiary companies, expanding the visibility of company structures but also reducing duplicate contacts being listed and researched by Contact Finder Agents.
Choose & Launch Workflows from the Chrome Extension
Filter by Research & Qualification Agents in Accounts view
It's now possible in your Accounts view to filter based on the content obtained by your Research and Qualification Agents:
Filtering is available in 3 dimensions:
Agent Output: You can filter by specific text found by the Agents
Found: Whether a Qualification/Research Agent was successful in its search
Positive: Whether the search matched your criteria to be deemed a fit
Identical filtering like this will be released for Contacts in the near future...
New and Improved Email Validation Agent
We’ve upgraded our email validation process to deliver results more quickly and accurately.
This update adds 5 new validation providers and introduces smarter waterfalling and caching, so you'll get faster, more reliable email status checks while reducing unnecessary verification costs.
How does it work?
When you validate an email, our system now checks with the best provider first (based on our extensive testing and performance analytics), then automatically tries others if needed.
Results are cached for a week, so repeated checks are much faster and more efficient.

Updated "Expert Templates" for Play Agents
Following from our latest webinar where Cody & Mert from our Revops/GTM motion walked through how they use Evergrowth, we're now sharing some of Cody's go-to Play agents for expert-level outreach:
New Email & Phone Finder Sources
We've added additional data sources to those used in the Email/Phone Finder Agent:
We now have 25 data sources that are used when you launch this agent to search for Email Addresses and/or Phone numbers.
NB. As usual, we only charge for successful data searches, so if none of these 25 sources (or our native Email Guesser) return a successful match, you won't be charged any credits.
Similarly, if the 25th data source returns a positive match - you'll only be charged for that successful search, not the 24 searches too!
Did you Know?
"Email Guesser" is the name of our agent who activates when none of the 25 data-sources can obtain a verifiable email address:
It works by taking the most popular email naming conventions
(e.g. [email protected], [email protected])
Using these standard emails formats, the Email Guesser will test each "guess" using our mail validation provider and pass the successful combinations to you, which you can check and mark as Safe to send!
This is a probably something you've tried out yourself, so we've added as an automatic feature to save you the trouble (only with some extra tech working behind the scenes to test the email addresses)!
Master Persona Template Selection
We've made it easier to assign new Personas to ecosystems & verticals.
Now, after you hit Create in the Add new Persona view, you'll be able to check specific verticals where this Persona should be copied as a target buyer for those markets (or just hit Select All!)
Chrome Extension: Added direct link to Evergrowth Contact records
When researching contacts in our Chrome Extension, you can now easily follow the extension through to the specific record in Evergrowth.
This will open a new tab so you can start investigating, strategizing and prepping your outreach for your new prospects!

Bulk Exports: Automatic File Naming
When exporting records from Evergrowth, we still allow you to name your file before downloading, but now we apply a default name, just to make it easier to work with your Evergrowth data:

Account Score Excludes Signal Research Agents
What's the update?
We've updated the Account Score logic so that it now only includes research agents tagged as 'Signal'.
Previously, all Research & Qualification Agents were counted in an Account's Score, which diluted its meaning.
All of your Research Agents contribute to the account planning and context-richness which is vital for your Play agents to draft great outreach strategy; but now you can also coordinate your agents into 3 categories:
Qualification: Used to assess Accounts to check the ICP fit
Research Only: Used to provide great context for enriching your Account Planning
Signal Research: Research for the strongest buying-intent which can not only be used in Plays as great outreach content, but counts towards the Account Score, allowing you to easily prioritise the best fit accounts from large lists of prospects, so you get the most bang-for-your-buck!

Pipedrive CRM Integration
What's the update?
It's now possible to quickly and easily connect Evergrowth to your Pipedrive CRM.
In simple terms, this means that Account and Contact information that your Evergrowth Agents research can be automatically passed to your CRM for enriched insights.
But this also opens up the possibility to for more sophisticated RevOps GTM processes such as:
1) An embedded "Evergrowth" CRM View
No more continuous app switching - this view allows your reps to see Evergrowth research and even launch Evergrowth Agents from within your CRM's Company/Contact records
2) Fully-Automated Research -> Play Drafting -> Outreach Workflows
Where your CRM serves as the "bridge" between Evergrowth and your sequencing & outreach tools:
3) Dormant Account Recycling
Set up a new GTM workflow where your existing CRM Accounts can be pushed back into the funnel, re-qualified, re-enriched with fresh research and outreached again...this time with better signals & personalization from the work of your Evergrowth Agents!

Additional Updates
New Contact Agent Behaviour - Email combination "predict & validation"
Just what you'd expect, in addition to the 20+ sources that our waterfall Contact Finder agents use, they now have a fallback trick up their sleeve.
When no publicly available email addresses can be found, they will predict standard email combinations (like firstname.lastname@domain, firstletter.lastname@domain), then test these with our email validation provider to check if any qualify as "safe to send"!
"Find another" Email or Phone Number button - We've added an easier way to instantly launch a contact details waterfall refresh for your currently available contact details:
"Organise" menu consolidated - To make navigating Evergrowth easier, we've moved existing features & tasks (like the Account Data Explorer) to more intuitive locations and removed "Organize" from your sidebar menu
Account Score visible in under Contact information - to enhance the visibility of the new and improved Account Score, you can now see it while viewing contacts that belong to an Account
Password Reset for Non-Admin Users - We've expanded the ability to reset passwords to anyone...it's no longer just restricted to Evergrowth Admins!

How to Use:

New "Contact Evaluation" Agent
This new agent automatically populates a “Profile Strength” column in the Accounts view and double-checks low-confidence contacts with LinkedIn.
How to use: Check your Accounts view—the Profile Strength column updates automatically, and the agent runs in all new waterfalling workflows.
⚡️ Increase your deliverability and confidence in your data while saving hours of manual list cleansing!
Persona Cards Templates
You can now create a master persona template and quickly assign it to multiple verticals at once, rather than building each one from scratch.
How to use: When creating a new persona, select the option to save it as a template and check to apply all the verticals you need.
⚡️ Significantly cut down the time spent configuring and assigning personas.
✨ Salesforce Integration
We've added a native Salesforce integration for you to keep Evergrowth and your CRM in sync without manual imports and without clunky ipaas connections!
How: From your integration settings, connect your Salesforce account, map your fields, and start syncing instantly.

Agent Training Centre Rework
The Agent Training Centre has been restructured to make agent menus easier to browse and resources simpler to find.
⚡️ Faster access to resources means agents can ramp up quicker and trainers spend less time directing people around the platform.
Left-Hand Navigation Improvements
The navigation menu now expands when you hover, revealing section names, and some menu options have been renamed for clarity.
💡 Spend less time guessing and more time doing.
Research Agents Search Bar
You can now quickly search for any Research Agent inside the Accounts repository, allowing to find and enable/disable your preferred agents before launching tasks.
⚡️Save time managing and monitoring research agents, especially as your list grows.
Custom Contact Data Points
Evergrowth now supports storing custom info about people, such as location or lifecycle stage.
How to use: Head to a contact’s profile and you can add/fill the new custom fields as needed.
⚡️Capture and track the data that’s important for your team’s unique workflows.
Export Settings That Remember
Your selected fields in the Export Settings window are now saved for future exports.
How to use: Export data as you usually would; your previous selections are there when you come back.
⚡️ Streamline repeated exports and reduces manual errors.
Bulk Imports now run in the background
Large Contact or Account csv imports are now handled in the background, so you can keep working without waiting for uploads to finish. You’ll see a banner notification while imports are in progress.
How to use: Import as usual. No need to keep the tab open. Email and in-app confirmation are coming soon.
