Launching Workflows

Learn how to launch & monitor Evergrowth's Agentic Workflows

Updated over a week ago

Evergrowth Agents are great at handling complex, time-consuming GTM tasks. However, coordinating them into repeatable workflows is what unlocks real scale.

Workflows let you run end-to-end processes (qualify → research → find contacts → generate plays) without managing every step manually.

Each agent passes context forward, so outputs compound as the workflow progresses.

Launching a Workflow

For Many Accounts/Contacts

You will generally want to launch a workflow at the Account level if:

  • It’s a new account that hasn’t been qualified yet

  • You’re prioritising a list based on research insights

  • You need to find more relevant buyers at the account

  • You’re building an account plan or GTM strategy at the org level

Step 1) Go to the Accounts/Contacts Repository

Step 2) Load up the list of records for your tasks (ideally starting from a Saved View)

Step 3) Select those records where you wish to start a GTM process

Step 4) In the top right corner, click Launch Workflow

Step 5) Search for the workflow you need, then click to launch it

For a specific Record

This is useful where you a working on a specific Account/Contact and want to launch a standalone set of tasks

Step 1) Open your Account/Contact record

Step 2) In the top right corner, click Launch Workflow

Step 3) Search for the workflow you need, then click to launch it

For many records during a Bulk-Import

This is useful to combine two scalable processes.

When you have a new list of records to import to Evergrowth (e.g. a list of prospects you met at a recent Event, or a large export from your prospecting databases like ZoomInfo), you can import all those records to Evergrowth and kick start a GTM process in one function

See this knowledgebase Article for a complete overview: 📖 Bulk Imports

Step 1) Get your prospects list in CSV format

Step 2) Go to your Accounts/Contacts repository (based on the records you wish to import)

From the Contacts repository, CSV-Imports can create Accounts and Contacts

Step 3) Click Add New ➡️ Upload CSV

Step 4) Upload your CSV file, then in the Workflow dropdown, select the Workflow you wish to launch

Step 5) Click Create

While creating a single new record

Step 1) Go to the Accounts/Contacts Repository

Step 2) Click Add New ➡️ Single Account/Contact

Step 3) Enter your records key details

For Accounts: Name & Website Domain

For Contacts: Linkedin URL

Step 4) Use the Workflow dropdown list to select which workflow you want to launch for that new record

Step 5) Click Create

From the Evergrowth Chrome Extension

While browsing LinkedIn & Sales Navigator, our Chrome Extension allows you to push new contacts directly into Evergrowth for your Agents to work on.

Monitoring output

Workflow outputs appear directly on the Account or Contact record as soon as tasks complete.

If you’ve configured your CRM integration, those updates can also sync to your CRM automatically.

If you want to specifically monitor the workload, you can do so in a few ways:

Agent Task Feed

The Agent task feed gives a list of all Agent's tasks and workflows which have been launched.

Each line item shows:

  • Launch type (workflow vs. single-agent task)

  • Workflow or Specific Agent name

  • Who launched it

  • Launch time

  • Status and progress

Task Report

To view the task report, click the three-dot menu, then select See report.

The report view shows you the work progress of each Agent involved in a workflow:

NB. Even if you only launch a task for a single Agent, the Report view may show multiple tabs of Agent tasks.

This is to ensure that any dependencies are satisfied so that your chosen Agent can launch successfully.

For Example, if you launch a Contact Research Agent, your contact needs to meet these criteria:

  • Parent Account: ICP = Yes

  • Contact: IBP = Yes

  • Contact is mapped to one of your Persona definitions

As seen below, Evergrowth will check that these have been met before starting the research task requested:

Task-Filtered Lists

To view the specific records being worked on in their repository list views, you can simply click the line item:

If the task was launched from the Accounts repository, clicking the line item will open the matching Account list.

If you want to view results in the other repository (e.g. an account workflow that found new Contacts), check the line item, then click Open in Contacts:
